This image was captured in the fall’s early morning light at Iowa’s Backbone State park in 2019. With the stillness of the morning we ventured out of our camp and arrived to this scene at the lake. We were drawn to the snow capped lodge with dusted fall colored trees in the background and reflected in the lake. This image would set the tone of the images we would capture that day
